Wipers for Telescopic Covers

T-Wipers are specially designed for telescopic steel covers, where they help keep the cover housing clean and prevent chips, dust, and other debris from entering. Depending on the configuration, the wipers can be spot-welded, riveted, or screwed to the cover elements. In confined spaces, some T-Wiper models can also be mounted vertically and used as way wipers.

Standard lengths are available from stock. Customized wipers are available on short notice.

Product Details

Materials

Unless otherwise indicated in the drawing, the T-wipers are made of synthetic rubber with a moulded-in steel insert. For long-term operating temperatures of up to 200°C or where the wipers are exposed to particularly aggressive coolants or acids, they can also be made from other elastomers, such as FPM.

Corrosion Protection
All TA Wipers with a steel insert are corrosion-protected.

Dimensional Stability
The wipers are manufactured in special moulds ensuring 100% repeat-order accuracy.
